The residential district on Kwiatowa Street constitutes the energy-saving detached houses with garages, built from the high-quality materials. However, modern technology and high standard are not the only factors which make the investment so special. The deep well situated on the area of the residential district is an additional advantage as it means that every resident will have the opportunity to enjoy the crystal clear water.
The whole area will be fenced and monitored.
The investor's intention is to improve the residents' quality of life through creating more comfortable and economical housing solutions. The district is situated on the perfectly insolated gradual slope of south-west exposure. The great merit of the project is its transparent town-planning. What is more, the district is with easy access to the town centre. The houses are built according to the modern, environmentally sound and energy saving technology called DARMODOM characterized by the quick realization cycle, mostly relying on half-products produced in factories. Each of the buildings has an attic and a basement (the additional area to be settled). The SAMBUD company has devised the technology on the basis of the leading building materials and through the co-operation with reliable befriended companies. The enterprise provides potential customers with information about bank loans concerning the purchase of these economical houses.
A lot of people face the dilemma whether to buy a flat or a house. As far as the residential district on Kwiatowa Street is concerned, it's a simple choice. Energy saving houses combine the comfort of living in one's own house with the low cost of living. We offer to our clients both a healthy, pleasurable atmosphere and the opportunity to become independent, to a large extent, of the incessantly rising cost of energy.
A model house is equipped with a ground collector. The area under the building serves a special role, namely, it ensures an accumulation of heat and the additional air heating which, thanks to the DAIKIN heat pump and the ROTH floor heating ensures a brilliant thermophisiological comfort. The heat pump is also a guarantee of the warm water. Moreover, DAIKIN provides the house with highly-efficient recuperator.
Warm walls are up to 30cm thick in terms of thermal insulation and are made of the AUSTROTHERM materials. Also, particular attention should be paid to the fact that the EPS O33 Premium Facade has been done for the first time in Poland. It is covered with the KERAKOLL materials, including the highest-quality silicate plasterwork. The FERMACELL boards guarantee rigidity and fire resistance. They are 18 and 12,5 mm thick. Thanks to the ISOVER materials (accumat, the VARIO foil), residents will be enjoying an effect of a complete silence. The wooden windows have been made by the PAMO-PLAST company and they live up to the requirements of the passive houses (3-paned with double seals). The roof windows together with a staircase to the attic were delivered by the FAKRO company and have the lowest thermal conductivity rate on the market.
The roof has been made from an exceptionally durable PREFA aluminium sheet. The Wien roof tiles are anthracite in colour. The SCHIEDEL company has provided the chimney ventilating systems while the CERESIT company the CT 84 EXPress system and the KOELNER connecting solutions.
